Beautiful lifelike High Sierra California golden trout sculpture with river rock base. Great gift for any angler, flyfishing enthusiast or anyone that loves the outdoors. Each trout is molded & cast in our shop in Alaska from our own original wood carvings and measures 12” long. The base is cast from real river rocks and also hand painted.
Each trout model is hand carved with meticulous care, then we make a silicone mold and hand cast each one here in the studio. They are all hand painted using an airbrush for the base colors and hand brushing all the finish details. Each trout has layers of iridescent colors that really make it come to life! Rock bases vary in size and color.
